The Sullivan is a private members’ club in the heart of it all — a home for the people who love this place most, wherever they call home. IU alumni, neighbors, and friends from away, under one roof. Membership opens the suites, the club, the rooftop, and a season worth showing up for — a place to gather, to stay, and to belong, year after year.
The Suites
Every suite has a full kitchen, a living area, a private balcony, and furnishings worth settling into — from a quiet one-bedroom for a solo escape to a penthouse made for a full weekend. Full members stay here; a limited number of nights open to guests.
Just right for a solo visit or a weekend for two — an open living room and kitchen, and an easy way into the club.
Room for the family or the foursome, with a full living area and bedrooms made for a long, easy weekend.
Two top-floor penthouses — a three-bedroom and a two-bedroom — the place to gather everyone for a gameday weekend.

The Rooftop
Where our best nights happen — gameday parties, season kickoffs, and champagne soirées with names like Veuve Clicquot, four thousand square feet of it, with the whole city spread out below.
The Fall Season
A calendar built around game weekends and long evenings — Friday nights in the club, gamedays on the roof, and the occasional dinner worth dressing for. Members and their guests first; a limited number of seats released to the waitlist.
Fri · Sep 4 · Kickoff Weekend
The season opens the night before it does. Cocktails, a live set in the club, and the whole room raising a glass to a title defense.
Sat · Sep 5 · vs North Texas
First gameday of the year, four floors up — brunch, bloody marys, and the game on every screen as the Hoosiers begin the defense.
Thu · Oct 8 · Wine Tasting
An intimate evening with Henry Love — a five-course tasting menu, each plate poured against a bottle worth lingering over. One long table, twenty seats.
Sat · Oct 17 · vs Ohio State
The rematch — and the party of the season. A Veuve Clicquot takeover on the rooftop: yellow umbrellas, champagne on ice, and the best seat in Bloomington for the biggest game of the year.
Fri · Nov 27 · Bucket Weekend
The night before the Bucket. Old friends, a full bar, and the kind of evening that makes a rivalry weekend feel like a homecoming.
Sat · Nov 28 · vs Purdue
The regular season’s last stand against Purdue. Watch it together on the roof, then raise a glass to a fall none of us will forget.
